As much as we're growing our clients' portfolio, we're always open for talent. When we discuss what we look for as a right fit, we always use the analogy of dating. You wouldn’t always know if the person is the one (maybe sometimes, if you know, you know) unless you go through multiple dates before entering a relationship, let alone marriage. Well, it’s the same thing here! Just as much as we’re looking for the perfect fit, we also want to be your perfect fit.
